My favourite piece of tech is Asana, a web and mobile application. 

Asana is an alternate project management tool to the ubiquitous Microsoft Project. It has several advantages which make it a must have for project managers who want to focus on managing tasks and accountabilities. There are two specific features which have drawn me to it.

First off, it’s online. This means getting other [team] members onto it is really easy.

The second is the notifications. When you assign dates to your tasks. Asana will automatically send you email reminders that they are coming up, or better yet remind you that you have missed the date, forcing you to re-assess your plan or face another set of guilt inducing notifications tomorrow!
