The latest Motorola Android Wear smartwatch, the Moto 360, will be available in Australia and New Zealand from October 31.
The Moto 360 will be available for a recommended retail price of $329 and comes in two styles, stainless steel black with a black leather band, and stainless steel silver with a stone leather band. A slightly more expensive steel band version will be available in early 2015.
Powered by Android Wear, the Moto 360 displays notifications based on where you are and what you’re doing. At a glance it provides information on things like weather, flight alerts, and traffic.
It features voice control, allowing users to send text messages, set reminders, and ask for directions, without the use of a free hand.
It also monitors its user’s heart rate and tracks progress using daily and weekly benchmarks, to help monitor their health.
