Google has released an updated version of their Google Docs app, allowing real-time collaboration on documents from Android devices.
Previously, documents opened in the app were limited to a single user at a given time.
The new update also allows users to view and read, but not edit, their documents while they are offline.
However, according to Ars Technica, the latest update still does not allow users to collaborate on spreadsheets in real-time, with each user still required to refresh their copy of the spreadsheet to see other users’ changes.
