President Barack Obama will meet with Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg in San Francisco today.
Mashable is reporting that Obama will meet Zuckerberg later today during a private dinner where the key topic of discussion is said to be innovation.
White House press secretary Jay Carney said in a statement: “The focus of the discussion is innovation and job creation and these are representatives of businesses … who know a lot about private sector job growth.”
It is understood Obama will be meeting with other innovators in the tech field while in San Francisco but will not be making any public appearances.
