The Internet Industry Association has appointed a new board, with Bruce Linn replacing Chris Hancock as chairman.
The new members are Greg Bader, chief technology officer of iiNet, Yahoo! Asia Pacific director Samantha Yorke, Curtin University of Technology professor Matthew Allen and Baker & McKenzie Lawyers partner Patrick Fair.
Gilbert & Tobin Lawyers partner Peter Leonard was also appointed, along with STratsec chief technology officer Nick Ellsmore and Webroot Software Asia Pacific managing director Charles Heunemann.
Current board members include Sophos Asia managing director Rob Forsyth, Microsoft director of business development Billy Tucker and VHA regulatory affairs general manager Brian Currie.
