Microsoft’s Bing has begun rolling out a new real-time feature to include tweets into search results.
The new integrated results will include Tweets from prominent and prolific Twitter users, Bing search technology center general manager Sean Suchter said in a Bing blog post.
“There has been much discussion of real-time search and the premium on immediacy of data that has been created primarily by Twitter,” he said.
The new real-time function will offer a subject’s most recent Twitter messages in the results queue rather than a link to their Twitter page, previously offered.
