Micro-blogging site Twitter is attempting to integrate more with social networking giant Facebook.
The site will now allow users of the “TweetDeck” application to set up a Facebook column, which will allow users to view contact updates from both of the sites in one window.
The site has also started to promote new widgets that can allow users to set up Twitter feeds on other social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Blogger.
While some industry analysts have said there is an ongoing war between the social networking giants, Twitter’s latest move indicates it is willing to work with, and not against, other websites.
