Late last week, I spoke to Microsoft Dynamics AX general manager Christian Pedersen about the ways SMEs and start-ups can better serve customer needs by replacing legacy systems with task-orientated mobile apps built off a common development platform.
During the interview, Pedersen explained how his favourite piece of tech helps him to be more productive at work – without lugging around a laptop.
“My smartphone at the moment – we call it ‘the phablet’ – is the Nokia Lumia 1520. It’s really great.
“It has a really big screen, and I find I hardly ever need to bring along a laptop or tablet to meetings anymore – it has all the apps I need to use.”
