The Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone may see a May 22 launch date, according to new leaks from the Korean electronics company.
The latest leaks, which surfaced at Dutch website GSM Helpdesk, claim that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich device will feature a 4.7 inch 720 x 1280 pixel HD AMOLED display, a thickness of 8mm, and a weight of around 125g.
Inside, the current prototypes use a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 32 GB of internal memory, and a (removable) 1750 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device will support Dual Carrier HSPA, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, WiFi a/b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, and have a HDMI output.
The news comes just days after another leak suggested that the new handset may use wireless inductive charging and feature a ceramic case.
