Rob Forsyth was until very recently the managing director of security firm Sophos, although he’s transitioned into a consulting role now at his own firm, Manhattan Consulting #4.
Forsyth is about to head off on an overseas trip – and says his favourite piece of tech will keep him in touch with his grandchildren while he’s gone.
“I’ve just acquired an electronic picture frame, but iiNet make this one that has a SIM card in it. I’m going overseas in the near future, and I’m going to leave the frame with my grandchildren. I’ll take a photo, send it to the frame, and they can see where I am and what we’re doing.”
“It’s a simple idea. We talk so often about maintaining a work-life balance, this is a way in which we can keep in touch with our families when we’re away.”
