Mike Knapp is a co-founder and the head of technology at Australian online retail success Shoes of Prey. With the company moving from strength to strength, Knapp doesn’t often have a lot of time. So he’s saving time – and money – by exploring the world of free online education.
“I’m really loving all the online education available right now. I’m getting into Rosetta Stone on the iPad, and also I’m using Udacity at the moment, which is like an online university.”
“You can learn how to do all sorts of things; they have HTML programming lessons and stuff like that. It’s all free to use and it’s great. I’m just really taken in by the potential of online education in general. Udacity in particular is really well thought out.”
