Mick Liubinskas is one of the founders of Pollenizer, the Sydney-based incubator which has helped launch several tech start-up success stories.
With such a busy schedule, Liubinskas hasn’t got a lot of time for keeping healthy. His favourite piece of tech makes sure he’s staying on top of his health schedule.
“The biggest tech game change for me lately is the yoga app Pocket Yoga on my phone, but I can stream it through my Apple TV. I have two children, and I run a company that helps run multiple companies, so to find time in the day to do some stretching is difficult.”
“The best thing about the app is that you can pick multiple types of sessions, the time length you want, and then if something happens halfway, you can just press pause and go back.”
