The Australian Olympic Committee has released an official Team Australia app for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
In a reflection of the changing media landscape, the release was first announced by the AOC on Twitter.
According to the AOC, the app offers: “Exclusive Australian Team content, and unparalleled detail on Australian Olympians competing in the London 2012 Games. A uniquely Australian perspective on everything from news, scheduling, results, exclusive athlete data and medal alerts.”
The app is available from the iTunes store for Apple iOS devices, including the iPhone and iPad, or Google Play for Android smartphones and tablets.
