Apple may have been forced to delay its Siri-enabled television, according to a new report from DigiTimes.
The publication claims that the lack of available components will force the company to delay the gadget, which may be launched in the second half of the year.
According to the unnamed sources in the publication, Sharp is not yet ready to ship panels for the “iTV” device.
Apple wants to use IGZO panels due to Samsung and LG making most of the OLED panels in the first half of the year, but Sharp is not yet ready.
