MY BEST TECH: Dave Slutzkin

Dave Slutzkin is the chief executive of Flippa, a website marketplace dedicated to selling off pages that have been redesigned and revamped.

Slutzkin’s favourite piece of tech is Apple’s latest entry into the cloud, saying it has synced all of his devices and made business life easier than ever.

“In the last month or two I’ve upgraded my OS X and have started using iCloud. Previously I’d been using Mobile Me for contact syncing, and it was okay. But iCloud just works so much better and is seamless with everything.”

“My calendar is so up-to-date now, it’s always reminding of things I need to do at the right times. It just kind of happens.”

“Mobile Me had theoretically promised all of this, but was always really patchy. I had never used calendar function, and never managed it properly. But because this is all synced, I use it much more often and it’s great.”
