Research In Motion has confirmed users are experiencing a problem whereby devices don’t turn on despite having been plugged in to charge.
As reported by Boy Genius Report, the fault affects the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and 9930 models.
The company confirmed to the publication that “a limited number of customers have reported an issue where their device does not power on”, adding that the business is “actively working on a software update to resolve this issue”.
It is unknown how many users are suffering this particular problem, or whether the fault affects all owners of the two specific models.
