Tim Cook may have only been Apple’s chief executive for a couple of months, but he is already starting to make his mark known on the company, according to a new report in the Wall Street Journal.
According to sources, the publication claims that Cook has started working on internal restructures – an aspect of the job Jobs apparently never enjoyed – while he has also started sending company-wide emails.
Cook has apparently also started a new charitable giving approach that will see the company match donations given to non-profit organisations.
It is also understood that Cook has reorganised the company’s educational division, bringing it more into line with the structure of the rest of the company.
