BlackBerry customers across Europe and the Middle East are continuing to suffer outages as the service heads into its third day of interruptions.
Customers began noticing disturbances earlier this week, with millions of customers unable to access some services.
Research In Motion said earlier this week that a particular fault on a server was responsible for an initial outage, but that more problems have been caused by a separate issue.
While the company has said customers will be able to get their services back, the company has not set a specific time for when this will occur. Executives have said they do not believe the service is related to a hacking attempt.
Some users in the United States and Canada have reported service interruptions, but it is unknown whether they are widespread and connected to the issues in Europe.
