The release date for the authorised biography of Apple founder Steve Jobs has been brought forward after his death last week.
Publisher Simon & Schuster said last week the book would start shipping from October 24, rather than the original publishing date of November 21.
The book is based on more than 40 interviews with Jobs, along with colleagues, family and friends. Sales of the book have increased by more than 7,000% since Jobs’ death.
The book was originally set to be published next year, but was then brought forward into November, making this latest change the second shift in the publishing schedule.
