Tech giant Apple has released the next beta version of the iOS 5 software, indicating that a full release isn’t too far away.
Developers are given beta versions of the iOS before it is released to the public in order for them to build and test their apps with the new software. This means they are given early access to new features.
The latest beta build fixes a number of issues and introduces some new features. Developers say the frequency of the beta releases indicates that a full release won’t be far away.
Some of the new features include the ability to send a photo from the gallery immediately to the messages application.
