My favourite device at the moment is my Samsung Galaxy Note, which is a great size phone with a wonderful camera.
My favourite apps are Zite because it saves me time in accessing categories of information from around the world; the ABC app for news and sport; Words With Friends when I need some downtime; Runkeeper and Whats App.
