Queensland company fined $4.25 million after leading eight clients into incorrect R&D tax incentive claims
Small businesses are warned to be wary of consultants and advisers who claim they can get them a great deal on the R&D tax incentive, after a Queensland business was fined more than $4 million this for encouraging clients to lodge overstated or ineligible claims.
