Sustainability focused superannuation fund Future Super has become the latest Australian company to be handed a fine by the corporate regulator for so-called 'greenwashing'.

ASIC alleged Mercer's sustainable superannuation products invested in no fewer than 15 fossil fuel companies including AGL Energy, BHP Group, Glencore, and Whitehaven Coal.
