For some reason, you may want to save an individual email one of these days. Maybe it has a particular phone number in it that you want to keep, or maybe it’s some information you want to keep safe.
Whatever the reason, there’s a way to do it in Outlook. Just highlight the message you want to save, then click on the “file” menu. Then, click “save as”.
You’ll be able to save the email in the default format, to wherever you’d like. If it’s a particularly sensitive email, you’ll probably want to make a few copies to back them up.
