Many businesses are now using Google Calendar to manage dates, but you can keep track of them in Microsoft Outlook as well.
First, you need to log into the Google Calendar and then under “My Calendars” click on the “Settings” button.
Then, choose the calendar you want to view and then click on the ICAL button from the Private Address section. Then, copy the address.
You’ll need to open up Outlook now, and then head to the “Open Calendar” option, and then choose “From Internet”. Then, you’ll need to enter the link you got from Google and then paste it into the pop-up box.
You can click on the “Advanced” button that pops up to change your subscription options, but you don’t need to do this to keep it basic.
However, keep in mind the calendar in Outlook is read-only and you won’t be able to make changes except on the Google site.
