Many businesses are now moving their email accounts into the cloud, and Google is one of the biggest providers of free email services. But did you know you could also integrate other email accounts into Gmail?
Firstly, you need to make sure the email accounts you’re integrating support POP3. You can usually check pretty quickly if they do, just make sure you do a quick search on your settings page or alternatively check through a search engine.
You then need to access the Settings tab in your Gmail account, and then click on Accounts. Then, you need to click on the Add Another Mail Account link, and follow the prompts.
After you set up the different email accounts, you will be able to add different email accounts to make it look as though you’re responding from the imported account, rather than the Gmail account.
