Checking email on your iPad is a useful tool, especially when you need to read messages on the run and don’t have time to craft lengthy responses.
But although this is one of the most popular uses for the iPad, some users get frustrated because they don’t know how to increase the number of messages they see on the iPad, leaving some messages unrecoverable.
There’s a way to change that. Open the “Settings” app, and then click on “Mail, Contacts and Calendars”. Then, go down to “Show” under the “Mail” heading.
There, you’ll be able to check how many messages you want to show up in the inbox – up to the last 250messages. And in the upcoming iOS 5, that number is set to increase to 1,000.
