Filling out online forms can be a tedious task, especially if you’re repeating the same information time after time – which is why Google has included an autofill function in Chrome.
If you’re filling out a lot of forms, this can be a time-saver. The feature allows you to choose options for common form questions, such as names, addresses, etc.
To access autofill, click on “settings”, and then scroll down to “options”. Then you’ll need to click on
“Personal Stuff”. On that tab you should see an option to fill out the autofill function.
There you’ll see a number of different options – you can add websites, addresses, credit cards and other information. Then, when you visit websites with forums, you can simply choose an option by clicking the text box and you won’t have to spend more time typing.
