All the talk seems to be about iPhones these days, but Android phones are just as powerful and for many entrepreneurs a quality choice. And DropBox is an essential tool for any Android user.
To gain access to DropBox, first download the app from the Android Market and install. When you open the app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to login. After that, you should be able to see all of your folders and files.
In order to share your files, you need to press and hold on individual documents. Then you should see a “share” option, which will give you a few alternatives to either sharing a link, sharing the file or copying a link. You’ll then be prompted to choose your deliver method.
To upload files, select the menu button, choose Upload and then select the type of file. You’ll be taken to the respective gallery or folder, and then you’ll see a notification that your file is uploading once you’ve clicked.
DropBox is easy to use, so there’s no excuse for ignoring it.
