Nicole Kersh is an inspiring, young yet very successful female entrepreneur who started 4Cabling.com.au as a 21 year-old.

Since its birth seven years ago, 4Cabling has become one of the fastest growing companies in Australia.

In this video, Nicole very openly talks about her experiences as one of the few – or possibly the only – female leader in her industry and shares valuable insights of the past seven years. A very hardworking young woman, she has learnt the hard way about the need to find a balance between running a business and managing a personal life.

These days, Nicole enjoys mentoring and supporting other entrepreneurs and she is very approachable if anyone seeks her advice.
