Children love going on holiday more than adults do and are often far more enthralled by all the sights to see and things to do.
With that in mind, there’s a new line of travel guidebooks for kids, called Unlocked Guides, published by Factfinder Guides in London.
Unlocked Guides contain interesting facts, places to go and plenty of illustrations, ensuring children get just as much out of their touring as their parents. The company also produces fact sheets for travel and tourism companies.
Their website states: “All over the world, parents are researching trips without getting input from their children. We like children and we decided they deserved better, so we started to write our Unlocked Guides.”
This type of product could be emulated here in Australia. It could be distributed in travel agencies, toy stores and supermarkets, which is bound to get kids’ attention.
As the business grew, you could distribute the product in other countries as a way of generating interest about Australia.
