It might not sound like the most appealing item, but fart pads promise to take the smell out of flatulence.
The Flatulence Deodorizer is a charcoal pad placed against the buttocks inside underwear to help eliminate “fear and embarrassment when in public”.
It’s meant to be discarded after use, but there’s no word on how much it can take before it needs to be changed.
The product description says it works as a “flatulence filter that absorbs the gas odour normally associated with the gassy discharge”.
It’s a mobile version of an anti-fart blanket dubbed the Better Marriage Blanket.
The Flatulence Deodorizer is made by US company Flat-D Innovations, which describes itself as the market leader in flatulence odour control products, feminine odours and clothes odour.
While it’s not every day a fart-inspired product goes on the market, odour-killing devices can be very popular if they work properly, so why not develop your own idea?
