Abundance Global

Abundance Global is a business that coaches entrepreneurs not only to grow their enterprises, but to grow as individuals too.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the team was quick to add new services to support their members, particularly combatting increasing rates of anxiety and depression. Abundance even hired a dedicated ‘member hero’ to preempt and meet the needs of members.

As one of our judges noted, the business “recognised the need for greater support for the small businesses it works with and it made this a priority”.

SustainHealth Recruitment

SustainHealth Recruitment founder Kay Reynoldson set out to raise the standards of recruitment in the healthcare and wellbeing sector. Since the onset of COVID-19, Reynoldson and her team have been particularly focused on the badly affected aged care sector.

Our judges noted Reynoldson’s passion for her business and her industry, as well as her dedication to ensuring a succession plan that will continue to cater to the needs of SustainHealth’s customers — including “all the talent they are placing in jobs”.
