Teamwork is a word that we are all supposed to love. We’re all supposed to celebrate the teamwork bandwagon and share the workload and the accolades.

The problem is, the big decisions in business (like in life) are usually made by just one person. This is why Power Players never forget the power of one.

Yes, teamwork can be lovely and very rewarding but if you’re using it to avoid getting the job done yourself, it becomes an excuse when it should be an individual effort to make it happen.

We are all powerful in our own right and the more we believe we are, the more powerful we become.
