Dear Aunty,
The most fabulous person has just knocked on my door saying he wants to work for me. His fiancé is being transferred for her work and so he has to leave his job and move to Melbourne. Aunty, I used to work with this guy when I was in sales in a previous life and he is the best. The problem is I can’t afford him! And I have made a vow not to blow my budget, so how can I justify it to myself when it is only July?
Aunty how do I get him???? Help!
Wanthimbad,
Melbourne
Dear Wanthimbad,
I want him too! That is very exciting. Look, you didn’t tell me what he does but I assume he is in sales. Which means he is a revenue raiser. Now, no entrepreneur worth their salt would turn down a fabulous revenue raiser who has landed on your doorstep! Hire him, set him great targets that easily cover his salary, bonus him up his wazoo and let him loose!
Budgets be damned.
Good luck!
Your Aunty B
