My company is five years old and for the first three years we stayed small and for the last two years sat on our hands making sure we got through the downturn.
Now we are executing our expansion plan but I don’t know how my role should change personally. I have always run the operations side of the business and know that I have to work on it, not in it. But how do I turn into a great entrepreneur?
