I know I might be biased but…investing in an accounting software business just because it is web-based is not a sure-fire winner. Our experience (some may claim blinkered experience!) suggests SMEs are maturing beyond utilising software to manage just one aspect of their business (in this case their accounting/bookkeeping). What they are now looking for is web-based AND integration.
For Craig’s sake, I hope he is not totally wrong in reading where the market is going.
