Hi Sue, I could not agree more. I was amazed to discover that sales management training is almost non-existent, so I recently wrote a one day sales manager training course which I held successfully in Adelaide in August.
The response was excellent so I plan to run it again at the end of this month.
Companies spend thousands training salespeople, but if your sales manager is not performing then it is money wasted. Makes no sense at all!
