Keep your star staff happy

People have used the downturn to shift focus away from day-to-day operations and really examine their long-term career prospects with present employers and are concluding they want out sooner than later.

They are mapping out long-term plans and are generally happy with what they have up on the drawing board. They haven’t really had a good chance like this to do this activity especially when there are a lot of people doing the same thing! They collectively inspire each other to take the leap away and forward and the only thing holding them back is the downturn data/talk.
