In reference to your story on Gerry Harvey and online retail. I lived for 20 years in the USA. Towards the end I never bought anything of the type that Harvey sells in shops. Always went on-line, compared, ordered, and it came the next couple of days. Any problem, returned it, no issue. What I miss here is the fast internet, but it will come. Gerry Harvey is a dinosaur, he is just a clever business man who copied overseas ideas. More than one has gone broke recently, won’t be the least bit surprised to see it happen to him.
