A reason that leads to partnership in the first place is often the case of insufficient of funds, manpower or both.
The problem that may arise is that, the partner may take the idea and partner with someone else, or even go solo and leaves [the original partner] out totally.
But I totally agree with on the business tip on how to choose a partner. Greed and stupidity makes lousy business partners.
