Folks who like to keep an eye on home security when they’re out and about might want to take a look at a new security system called Alert Me. According to Shiny Shiny , Alert Me connects to sensors that pick up movement in or around your home and sends you a text message letting you know which one was tripped and when.
It also supplys you with a keychain fob that records when you are in or out of the house – ostensibly so it knows if the person tripping the sensor is just your partner coming home, but also providing a means of recording what time kids leave the house, and more importantly, get home.
