Apple is continuing its retail expansion in Australia with the unveiling of an Apple Store in Chadstone Shopping Centre on 13 September.
Following the lead of Australia’s first Apple store in Sydney in June, the retail outlet will be the third in Australia and Melbourne’s first.
The store will offer workshops, training sessions and technical help from the “genius bar,” a store feature where Apple experts can help customers with products.
The opening of the store will come only four days after an upcoming announcement from Apple CEO Steve Jobs in California, which many believe will see an upgrade of the company’s iPod line.
The store will open at 10am, and like the opening of other Apple stores, the first group of customers are likely to receive a free gift.
