Australia’s annual small business festival season is set to get under way, with the program for Victoria’s Energise Enterprise festival formerly launched by Victorian Small Business Minister, Joe Helper.
The festival, which runs throughout August, includes over 400 individual events held around Victoria.
SmartCompany will be hosting two free webinars as part of the festival: Latest Twitter Tips (where SmartCompany publisher Amanda Gome will be joined by Jason Davey, Director of Bullseye Digital Marketing) and How entrepreneurs are using social networking to market their business (featuring a panel of social media experts).
The New South Wales Government’s Small Business Month gets under way on 1 September, with over 300 events hosted by 150 organisations across the month.
Most events at both festivals are free, so it’s a great way for businesses to network and gain invaluable advice.
