Meet the SmartCompany Hot 30 Under 30 class of 2015.

This group of entrepreneurs are aged 30 years and younger and are drawn from 30 of Australia’s fastest growing SMEs.

From sectors as diverse as food and body care, app development and storage to real estate and telecommunications, these 30 young people are leading Australia’s next generation of top entrepreneurs.

While these entrepreneurs are digital-natives and many of their companies are based either partly or solely online, their advice to other budding entrepreneurs is more old-fashioned.

Taking a risk, learning from your mistakes and staying true to yourself are consistent themes, as is not being afraid to work hard. And if you believe you can do something better than how it is being done today, give it a shot.
