Each year, SmartCompany has aimed to uncover the best business bloggers to provide inspiration and information to Australian entrepreneurs to help them on their quests for growth.

This year, we called on you to nominate the best business thinkers in the country instead, hoping to uncover new voices who provide their expertise and insights not only through blogging platforms but through conversations in communities like LinkedIn and Medium.

We wanted to highlight driven individuals with a passion for their fields and views on the challenges and opportunities currently facing the world of Australian business. We asked you to tell us whose opinions and advice you simply have to read — whether you agree with them or not. 

After more than 500 nominations from the local business and startup communities, we’ve selected a list of 20 engaging individuals who regularly weigh in on how to make business better in Australia. We hope you find their views insightful, challenging and enjoyable.
