When employees go rogue on Twitter

As several Olympic athletes have demonstrated, what your team members do on their personal Twitter accounts can hurt you.

And in an example closer to home, a Vodafone employee came under fire for badmouthing the customers he’s charged with serving. To make matters worse, the staffer in question is a self-proclaimed ‘social media expert’.
