Hastie Group Ltd chief executive Bill Wild has harshly criticised the company’s governance and growth strategies, calling its effort to jump-start growth through acquisitions “completely flawed”, according to a report by The Australian.
Mr Wild’s comments come in the wake of Hastie’s recent collapse under crippling debt. He was hired last October to revive the engineering services company, which served as an umbrella for 40 separate local companies.
