The ASX market followed Wall Street’s overnight lead to finish slightly higher today.
The S&P/ASX200 closed up 0.66% or 27.3 points to 4171.00.
The All Ordinaries Index rose 0.65% or 27.70 points to 4262.10.
The day’s winners:
NRW Holdings (NWH]) which jumped 4.53 % to $3.69
Medusa (MML), which was up 4.42% to $5.90.
The day’s losers:
Seven West (SWM) dropped 4.57% to $3.655. Seven West owns The West Australian newspaper, Channel Seven television and other media assets across Australia.

Asian markets
Japan: The NIKKEI 225 lifted 1.42% or 136.39 points to 9712.45.
Hong Kong: The Hang Seng increased 0.90% to 20813.50
