Listed franchise brand manager Allied Brands has announced a new deal to add 14 stores to its caf
Allied Brands, which operates the Baskin & Robbins, Cookie Man chain and Kenny’s Cardilogy franchise chains, acquired Villa & Hut in June from founder Franz Madlener in June for $2.8 million.
Madlener, who remained with the business, has been on the hunt for new opportunities to grow since the acquisition was completed.
Under the deal with Steinhoff Asia Pacific, 13 stores operating under the Freedom Home & Caf
